About Just Libra

Hello. We’re Just Libra. And we’re not simple ‘talk and chalk’ trainers. We help your organisation get where you want it to be by showing you how to find the right people, build engagement and give your leaders the skills they need.

It sounds simple, and you’ll know that’s not always the case, but we’ll provide the help and support to achieve that. We do a lot of the things you might expect from consultancy, running leadership events, workshops and training days, surveying your staff and taking a really good look at what your company stands for. We also do some of the things you might not expect too, like strategy, agile working and our Your Service Fingerprint and Code of Conduct workshops.

It doesn’t matter what type of organisation you are either. We’ve worked with SMEs, PLCs and multi-nationals in all sorts of industries, especially housing, NHS trusts and clinical commissioning groups to name a few.
